New to pole? Welcome to the best sport ever and we have just the class for you!

Our Intro to Pole Workshop is perfect for those that are brand new to pole, fitness or are returning to pole and need a refresher.

This 90 minute workshop is geared towards students with little to no pole fitness experience who are interested in taking a Level 1 class or just want to have fun!

What to expect: participants will begin class with a 15 minute warm-up. There are three poles total, class will be conducted in a circuit style workout utilizing the pole in order to learn spins, tricks & transitions with conditioning & flexibility exercises on the floor. Class concludes with a mini routine & 10 minute cool down.

Intro to Pole Workshops are offered every 4th Saturday of most months. Registration begins 30 days before the scheduled workshop and close one week before the scheduled workshop. Can’t make a workshop but want to take class? Sign up for a private lesson.
