One thing that makes me unique as an instructor: I have always done things a little bit differently and pole dancing is no exception. My knack for the strange and unusual is often incorporated into my style of exotic dance with twisting, back bending and slow meticulous movements punctuated by quick and sharp accents. Pole dancing, to me, is not all about the latest and greatest tricks but it’s about the art you wish to create in whatever way that looks to you. I enjoy teaching my students to explore their own movement and discover what makes them unique.

One thing that makes me unique as an instructor: I didn’t have sports or dance training growing up. I started running when I was 18 which got me into other avenues of fitness. Eventually I started personal training and that lead me to pole dancing. Pole dancing has taught me how to move and how to be an athlete. I think it’s important for everyone to know you can become active, an athlete, an artist, or a dancer at any time in your life. There are no prerequisites or limits in order to learning how to move. You can also do it all on a plant-based diet 🌱

One thing that makes me unique as an instructor: My previous years spent dancing allow me to create interesting and cohesive choreography both on and off the pole. It also helps me fine tune small details such as hand and head placement, which can make a very large impact overall on a routine….sometimes the small details are what audiences remember the most over the big tricks.
