About Me


Hi I’m Jess! So glad you found me, I am ecstatic to have you! You’re here to see if we would be a good fit, I’ll go ahead and tell you about myself.

I am a certified personal trainer who loves to work with pole and aerial athletes looking to level up their game through conditioning, mobility/flexibilty goals, pole technique, skill drills, heels choreo and technique, performance readiness or whatever they’re looking for in private lessons. As a certified sports nutrition specialist, I also love helping women hone their nutrition through intuitive eating to better serve them in life.

Outside the gym, I am a mother of three children. I have one daughter who is a competitive gymnast, she’s strong willed like her mother, sassy and tough. She is a force to be reckoned with! My middle child is a red headed guy who’s as sweet as can be, intellectually gifted with all the bells and whistles that accompany that, and a tae kwon do kid ready to kick and punch on a moment’s notice. My third child is an old man at heart with the name to match, a rough and tumble boy with a voice loud enough to be heard over his older siblings and all their friends that are always at our house.

I am a wife to one husband who fathered all three of my children. We love to travel together specifically to eat good food, sometimes at fancy places that we wander into under dressed, and other times at a little hole in the wall we look for. We also love to go to the gym together any chance we get, which isn’t often with three kids.

My husband and children are a huge part of my life, and are a lot of what makes me, me.

My personal wellness plan outside food and exercise includes essential oils, avoiding man made chemicals and pharmaceuticals as much as reasonably possible, sunshine, gardening, being barefoot as much as possible, using social media in moderation, reading and being alone.
