Our Intro to Pole-The Series is perfect for those that are brand new to pole, fitness or are returning to pole and need a refresher. This 6 week series will teach you everything you need to know before you take a drop-in level 1 class. Learn the basics such as: climbing, spins, transitions and tricks!
