New to pole? Welcome to the best sport ever and we have just the class for you!

Our Intro to Pole-The Series is perfect for those that are brand new to pole, fitness or are returning to pole and need a refresher. This 10 week series will teach you everything you need to know before you take a drop-in level 1 class. Learn the basics such as: climbing, spins, transitions and tricks!

Our next sessions begin January 9th in Florissant and January 15th in St. Peter’s.

Sundays at 2:45pm in Florissant starting 1/9

Tuesdays at 8pm in Florissant starting 1/11

Thursdays at 6pm in Florissant starting 1/13

Saturdays 11:30am in St. Peters starting 1/15
