In these classes students will learn the foundations of pole. You’ll learn to spin, begin to climb, create fluid movement and build the strength as you go. No pole or fitness experience required. Wear sports bra, tank top, shorts under sweats or leggings. Please refrain from using lotion and wearing jewelry. Barefeet recommended.
A cardio class designed to work that booty and shape those legs! Knee coverage and flat shoes recommended.
Need some more flexibility in your life? This class is designed to help you no matter where you are in your splits, back bend or toe touching.
This class is all about dancing! Learn how to do some slinky, sultry and sexy moves around the pole in your heels! This class is now a drop in.
